The Sepamatic separator technology allows to obtain a product free of bone fragments, tendons and cartilages, always maintaining the structure of the fibre both in the meat and in the fish.

We would like to thank all our customers and distributors for visiting us at the CFIA fair in Rennes (France) and at the Anuga fair in Cologne (Germany). In both fairs we presented the new Ebaki W-SP with more cutting width capacity and possibility of separating the upper fillet.

The 15th China International Meat Industry Exhibition (CIMIE 2017) organized by China Meat Association(CMA) and International Meat Secretariat(IMS) was hold in Qingdao International Convention Center, Qingdao on Oct. 18-20, 2017.
