They are very easy to use and can be quickly adapted to the needs of each customer.<\/p>\n<p>Here we explain step by step how this machinery works, starting before the purchase:<\/p>\n<p>Specialized commercial advice. Close communication with suppliers, together with extensive experience in the sector, enables specialized commercial advice, which helps customers choose the machine that best suits their needs.<\/p>\n<p>Installation. Dimaq&#8217;s commercial and technical staff are always present at the facilities to provide proper training and commissioning.<\/p>\n<p>Product reception. Once the machine has been installed and the professionals have been trained in its operation, the product is transported to the cutting area by means of a lower and upper conveyor belt, which holds and flattens the food during slicing to minimize waste.<\/p>\n<p>Cutting. Once the meat is in the machine, the blades move in opposite directions, preventing the product from moving and achieving a very even cut, resulting in perfectly parallel fillets.<\/p>\n<p>Adaptation. Not all customers have the same needs, so the cutting tracks and heads are independent: different numbers of blades and thicknesses can be installed on each one to make the equipment more versatile.<\/p>\n<p>Blades. Our EBAKI models offer the possibility of fitting up to ten blades.<\/p>\n<p>Technical service. Thanks to our extensive network of distributors, we respond quickly to customer needs and problems and ensure technical coverage throughout the territory, as spare parts for each machine are available
