The EBAKI Horizontal Cutter for boneless meats fillets pork, beef, chicken and turkey, obtaining perfectly shaped fillets.
The product is sent to the cutting area through the use of a lower conveyor and an upper conveyor belt, which hold and protect the product during filleting, thus minimising product loss. The blades move in opposite directions in relationship with each other, preventing the product from moving and making for a very regular cut. The cutting lanes and heads are independent so that different numbers of blades and thicknesses can be installed in each of them, contributing to the equipment’s versatility.
There are three versions available: with 1, 2 and 3 cutting lanes in order to adapt to different production needs.
