Our EBAKI horizontal cutting machines offer a multitude of possibilities

At Dimaq we have been manufacturing our EBAKI filleting machines for boneless meat for fourteen years. These horizontal slicers are mainly aimed at the poultry industry, although their applications are very varied, as they adapt to the needs of our customers.

These are some of the functions they offer:

Industrial slicer for fresh chicken breasts. This tool has a high capacity and offers the possibility of automating both the entry and exit of the breasts. It achieves simultaneous cutting of different product sizes and fillets.

Filleting. Horizontal cutting breast filleting machine with alternating blade movement system. It obtains totally regular chicken fillets, with a minimum loss, thanks to the breast lamination, which results in fillets of practically fixed weight.

Cordon blue. Butterfly or cordon blue cut of totally regular chicken breast, thanks to the lamination of the meat during the cutting process.

Cooked breast. Clean and regular cut of cooked breast. The product is held between two belts, one upper and one lower, preventing it from moving during cutting.

Chicken hearts. Horizontal and regular cut of chicken hearts. Minimal loss, thanks to the lamination of the product during filleting.

Turkey cutting. Automatic turkey breast filleting, regular and without wastage. Possibility to cut in different thicknesses and number of fillets.
